The protein and oil in coconut oil can keep hair from losing protein. Coconut oil also moisturizes hair, keeping the hair shaft strong.
1. Massage with coconut oil
Massaging hair with warm coconut oil is one of the simplest ways to prevent hair fall and make your hair healthy. Warm the coconut oil by placing the oil jar in warm water for few minutes.
Wash hair with warm water and use fingertips to apply coconut oil on damp scalp. Massage it gently for few minutes to boost up the blood circulation in the scalp.
Place a shower cap over your head to increase the effects of this natural oil. Leave it on for one hour or overnight and then wash your hair with a mild shampoo.
Repeat this treatment twice a week to effectively grow new & stronger hair.
2. COCONUT OIL & CASTOR OIL
Castor and coconut oil mixture can be used to aid in hair growth. This combinational process helps to moisturize the scalp and condition your hair to prevent split ends and thus promotes healthy hair growth.
Mix equal proportions of castor oil and coconut oil in a bowl. Apply this oil mix on all over the scalp and hair. Cover it with a shower cap and leave it on for overnight.
Let it sit for a minimum of 2 hours to overnight and then rinse in the morning.
3. OLIVE OIL & COCONUT OIL
Mix equal quantities of organic coconut oil and olive oil. Heat it on the stove for few seconds to get warm. Apply the warm mixture to your strands and cover it with a shower cap.
Let it on for about one hour and then rinse with mild shampoo.
