1. CRUNCHES
Nothing burns stomach fat easier than crunches. These exercises are especially good for your abdomen and help build endurance.
Lie flat on your back on a mat. Bent your knees with your feet touching the ground. Now place your hands just behind your head.
As you lift the upper torso off the floor, you should exhale. Again inhale when you get back down and then exhale as you come up.
2. Twist crunches
Lie down on the mat with your hands behind your head. Lift your upper body portion, and bring your right shoulder to the left, and then left shoulder to the right. Repeat the same procedure for 10 to 12 times.
3. Bicycle crunch
The bicycle Exercise will help you to shed excess fat round belly area easily.
Lie flat on the floor or the mat and keep both the hands on either side of your head.
Now lift both your legs from the ground & bend them at your knees. Bring your right knee close to your chest, keeping your left leg away.
Now take your right leg away and bring your left leg close to your chest. Keep repeating and work as if you are padding a bicycle.
4. PLANK
You need to place your elbows and forearms on the floor and straighten the legs maintaining distance of belly from the ground. You should maintain this position as long as possible.
5. CARDIO
Doing cardio exercises for 30 minutes a day for at least 4 to 5 times a week will also help in reducing stress, increase lung capacity, keeps your heart healthy and also improves sleep.
Cycling, swimming, jumping ropes, skipping, running, etc comes under cardio work outs and work wonders for you to reduce belly fat.
